Secret #5 is to find a hook into key accounts. In this economy the reality is that your customers are probably suffering too. This means their needs may have changed. Re-evaluate their needs, wants, and expectations. Then make sure you offer what is right for today’s situation that will help them survive and thrive, or get the most value for their limited resources. This may focus you on creating a new product or service that could continue to be of value even after things turn up.
