Following up on obstacles to making sales

In January we blogged about Hyundai America’s buyer assurance plan. We noted in that post that we loved the idea and that time would tell if it worked. On February 17th, we notedthat JetBlue had picked up on the idea. SmartMoney reportedon March 26th about other companies following the same approach. They also mentioned that Hyundai America’s sales were UP 14% in the first two months of 2009. We love it. Apparently so does Ford Motor company, who today announced a similar program.
